Feature request: Custom text if max # reached...for waiting list form, etc.

Ability to change the standard text shown if a form reaches max entries...like:
"Sorry the event is at capacity. To be added to our waiting list, please use this form (link)"
OR...in the rules, have a conditional, that another form displays if "max # reached"...that would be great.
Something though...would have really come in handy this past week :-(
